The bed is in the center, so when the sun rises above the mountains, it shines right into my eyes. And when the sun wakes me up here, it isn't a bad thing. When it's out, it is so brilliant that it is easy to forget what it is like when it isn't out. It's not out today. Bainbridge Island is the place I always miss when I'm not here. It's close to the city but still a small town.
